ASIA TRADE EXCHANGE 2020 (15-17 JUNE)
With over 1110 participants from all over, 21 U.S grower companies gathered virtually to showcase their products through our USSEC trade show online. We also had special guests such as Secretary of Agriculture, Sonny Perdue, and Under Secretary ,Ted McKinney, USDA give their welcome address on Day 2 and 3 respectively.
PAN-ASIA SOY FOOD SUMMIT 2020
Amidst of this troubling COVID-19 situation, USSEC launched their first virtual conference in collaboration with our Southeast Asia as well as North Asia region via INTRADO. Pan-Asia Soy Food Summit was a great success with great opportunities to work with multiple soy companies to create a online trade show.
SEA USSEC STAFF IMPLEMENTATION MEETING, IN PENANG (22-26 NOV 2019)
Over the 3 days meeting, USSEC's Standard Operating Procedure was gone through as well as a discussion on missing opportunities and improvements needed. Networking session between International staff in our different SEA offices such as Vietnam, Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand and U.S. was also organised.

FEED TECHNOLOGY & ANIMAL NUTRITION CONFERENCE 2019 (CLARK, PAMPANGA PHILIPPINES)
In Sept 2019, the annual FTANC was held in Clark, inviting 140 Animal Nutritionists, Feed Formulators, Quality Control Personnel, Feed Mill Managers and Technicians,
Purchasing Executives and Livestock Producers. CVENT registration website for event informations and registration was created. Handled communication between speakers and participants regarding conference details and liaise with Marriott hotel for contracting. Airport transfer for all participants was made as well as hotel invoicing details.

Went through rounds of interview to be awarded SIM Edge award for students who are well-rounded in school curriculum, extra curriculum activities as well as the attitude to excel.

With the help of NTUC SilverAce, we reached out to Elderly who stay by themselves in Lengkok Bahru to bless them with goodie bags while wish them a blessed Merry Christmas. Loved on them with just simple conversations about their living and their current passions as well.

Participated and bonded as a team with other councillors. Welcomed new freshman councillors into the team through fun games planned by the organising team.

PLANNING COMMITTEE FOR UNWIND SIMGE(RMIT) CARNIVAL
Organised the UNWIND event in SIM for students to enjoy before their busy exam period. Liaised with external vendors as well as managed manpower allocation and lucky draw. Handled public relations and collaborated with the artistic management team for set-up.
FIRST PLACE FOR RMIT'S CITY CHALLENGE: INNOVATION FOR GLOBAL CITIES
Took part in a RMIT city challenge with other RMIT international students during this 2 day challenge to come up with a plan to make use of shared space to reduce the gap between generations.
PROJECT SPARKLOVE WITH ANG MO KIO SENIOR ACTIVITY CENTRE
Communicated with the AMK Senior Acttivity Centre to plan activities for councillors to learn hokkien as well as bond and play games with the elderly. We also did house cleaning at 10 homes with the help of Lion Hearts connections.

Participated in an internal camp to welcome new student councillors into our council. Bonded with them over a 2D1N camp at NSRCC.

Planned a internal camp for incoming new student Councillors during their 3D2N camp. Brainstormed creative game ideas as well as bonding activities for the council as a Programmes IC. Managed the logistics as well as programme flow of the whole camp.
